Topic: "The Wright Brothers"
Speakers: NASA Glenn Research Center, Aeronautical Engineer, and Roger Storm, NASA Glenn Research Center, Director of the Digital Learning Network (DLN)
Presentation on the Wright Bros. by Tom Benson, aeronautical engineer in the Turbomachinery and Propulsion Systems Division at the NASA Glenn Research Center and Roger Storm who is the director of the Digital Learning Network (DLN) at NASA Glenn.
They will explain and demonstrate many of the technical aspects of their invention by using models and actual photographs of the experiments. The unique flight control system will be discussed in some detail, along with the propulsion system, and supporting wind tunnel experiments.

The ASM Akron scholarship awardees from the Western Reserve Science Day held March 15, 2014 have been invited to attend and share their Science Projects at the April 23 meeting.
